  • Adhering to Medicare, DVA, Open Arms, ADF, NDIS & Insurance requirements and processes.

  • Invoicing/payment processing with STRIPE

  • Processing rebates, third party invoicing

  • Reconciliation of invoices / follow up outstanding accounts (basic bookkeeping)

  • Data entry / maintain updated client information on Power Diary (contacts & privacy permissions)

  • Following up inactive clients improving client retention.

  • Maintain your client waitlist procedures with updated information for new & existing clients ensuring there are limited appointment gaps..

  • Creation & maintenance of templates for online forms, reports, session notes, letters, emails & SMS's. 

  • General support to ensure your practice runs smoothly.
